Dedicated to constantly improving her skills, Dr Berera has taken post-graduate courses in orthodontics/clear aligners as well as staying up to date with the latest innovative advancements in techniques and materials in Dentistry.
Dr Berera continued her education by attending further courses in Invisalign, to become a Certified Invisalign Provider in 2008 and has since become a Platinum Invisalign Provider in 2024.

What is Invisalign?
Invisalign is a modern orthodontic treatment that straightens teeth using a series of clear, removable aligners made of smooth plastic. It’s an alternative to traditional metal braces, suitable for both adults and children, who prefer a more discreet option.
The aligners are constructed for each individual patient using highly specialised software. The number of aligners you need will depend on the initial position of your teeth.
Treatment may last from as little as four months to up to 24 months, depending on how crooked your teeth are.
The aligners will place light constant pressure on your teeth, to slowly move them to the correct position. The aligners will be replaced every two weeks to continue this gentle realignment until you have reached your final mould and perfect new smile.
As the aligners are removable, you can maintain your oral hygiene and gum health with ease, keeping your teeth clean and stain-free over this period.

3. Consultation Details
- The complimentary consultation includes an oral assessment and 3D intraoral scan.
- The consultation does not guarantee eligibility for Invisalign treatment.
- The $500 discount is applied to the total cost of an eligible Invisalign treatment plan.
- It will be reflected in the final treatment invoice once treatment has commenced.
