Community Pro-Bono Program
Christmas is a time of giving and sharing. Our Community Pro-Bono Program aims to make a difference in the lives of people this holiday season.
My Local Dentists will be offering free dental care for those in the community in need.
Our dentists are offering their time and skills to provide help to those in the community who are finding it financially difficult to obtain good quality dental care.

Free Dental Services Available
Eligible patients will have access to one treatment session with one of our volunteering dentists. During this session, you will have access to ONE of the following treatment options:
General examination
2 checkup x-rays, scale and clean, fluoride treatment, and OPG (if required)
Extraction
X-ray and simple extraction of up to two teeth
Restoration
X-ray and up to two simple restorations/fillings

To qualify for our Community Pro-Bono Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

How to Apply
To apply for one of the available free treatment sessions, please fill out this form and press submit. Alternatively, forms can be printed out and handed in at any clinic. Spots are limited, please see the terms and conditions below.
Terms and Conditions
The patient receiving treatment must have a valid Concession or Healthcare card issued by Services Australia or Centrelink.
The patient must live in one of the listed suburbs and provide valid identification to prove their address.
Referrals must come from an active patient who visited a My Local Dentists location within the calendar year of 2024.
Each patient/household can refer only one patient for treatment. A household refers to people who live at the same residential address.
Each household can only have one patient receiving free dental treatment under the Community Pro-Bono Program.
The treating dentist reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.
Additional treatments or subsequent sessions may incur a fee.
Once a treatment session has been allocated, it may not be possible to cancel or change the appointment to a different time.
Each patient is only eligible for one treatment session.
